Customer Service Representative Qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; associate degree preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Strong interpersonal skills: You are committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate that you can work effectively with others in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Excellent organizational skills: You can coordinate multiple projects to work effectively under pressure and to meet prescribed deadlines.
• Capable of handling confidential matters with discretion and good judgment.
• Management of CRM software and the client pipeline to include scheduling appointments with clients and the preparation of quotes.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and management of the following software applications: Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Canva, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook
• Telephone skills: You can speak clearly and in a professional manner to be understood and are able to follow all guidelines of telephone communication etiquette.

Customer Service Representative Job Details
We Rent Fun in Miami Lakes Florida, is an event rental company that is immediately hiring an outgoing Office Assistant to support the daily operations in a back-end office setting. The right candidate would perform basic office responsibilities including answering the phone, assisting customers with placing orders through our backend booking system, answering emails, etc. Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research. Additional duties would include an inventory of office supplies and concession supplies and re-ordering as necessary.
Delivery Helper
Ages 16 & up
Starting pay: $12-$16/hr
Who wouldn't want to bring smiles to the faces of children and get paid to do it? Well, here at We Rent Fun that is exactly what we do. As a delivery helper for We Rent Fun, you and the delivery driver will be the ones in charge of loading the truck, delivering, and setting up the inflatables and other party rental equipment. You will also be there to support the driver by walking the customer through the proper operation and safety guidelines of the equipment, as well as having them sign the contract and collect payment upon delivery. On a typical day, you will deliver party rental equipment to anywhere between 4-8 locations. Of course, the equipment also needs to be picked up as well. Sometimes this is done on the evening of the party; however, sometimes we pick up the following day. Shifts will typically last anywhere between 4-8 hours. While the inflatables are in fact heavy, we believe in providing you with the best equipment in the industry, including heavy duty dollies to ensure that you will enjoy working with We Rent Fun. While we do work some weekdays, a vast majority of our business is conducted Friday through Sunday, so weekend availability is a must. We are venturing into our 4th year in business, and most of our current team members have been with us for the past couple years. Starting pay: $18-$20/hr

While we do work some weekdays, a vast majority of our business is conducted Friday through Sunday, so weekend availability is a must.
